Booking Policy

Guests will receive a booking confirmation email, exact location, and preparation guide after the application is confirmed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours from the booking confirmation, all payments are non-refundable.
  • If Sakura Talk cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, guests will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
